This form is for filing complaints in relation to all matters such as Admissions, Assistants, CE’s, Faculty, Financial Support, Registration, etc. If you would like to file a Grievance, please read the Code of Ethics and then reach out to legal@traumahealing.org to receive the Grievance form.
